An experienced technician will thoroughly examine the installed system and make a recommendation to the customer if the problem is resolved with repair or maintenance, or if there is a need for an equipment replacement. We also include the inspection of the duct system to recommend to the client whether or not there is a need for cleaning.

Blower Door Test

We offer the "Blower Duct Test" and "Duct Blaster" services to determine the efficiency of the installed system and the possible corrections to be made, both in the equipment and in the system's ducts.

These manuals were developed by engineers at the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) to implement universal standards and best practices for the design, installation and ac repair of residential HVAC systems, providing the following benefits:

What is included in my free estimate?

You will receive in writing the scope of your project, including the permit(s) required from the county or city of residence, as well as any questions you may have regarding the project to help you make a decision before starting it.

What warranty does the equipment have?

New equipment to be installed normally comes with a 10-year warranty on the compressor and 5 years on the “Air Handler” components, once the equipment is registered on the manufacturer's website. The installation is guaranteed for one year against installation defects.

How often should my system be serviced?

To keep the system operating under the manufacturer's parameters, the change of filters must be scheduled according to the indications of the type of filter that is being used and the service to the equipment is recommended to be carried out before each summer and winter period.
